- Not wanting employers to know about the training can be high on the list of priorities to many students. There's no need to sacrifice any job advancement, salary hikes or success at your current job while you're training. When your boss discovers that you're undertaking accreditation in another area entirely, what will they think?

- Raising questions around our class-mates will sometimes make us a little awkward. Ever avoided asking a question just because you didn't want to appear stupid?

- Living away for part of your working week - some attendees find they have to work or live somewhere else for sections of their study. Workshops are impossible at that point, but the monies have already been handed over with your initial fees.

It obviously makes a lot more sense to study when it's convenient for you - not the company - and employ videos of instructors with interactive virtual-lab's. Consider... Any module can be repeated whenever you feel you need to - doing something over will help you remember it. And there's no need to take notes - it's all provided. Could it be simpler: A lot of money is saved and you avoid all the travelling; and you end up with a more stress-free learning environment.
